Established in 1992, MATICA produces and commercializes card personalization systems (credit/debit, identification, loyalty, access control, membership, etc.) and metal plate embossers (military dog tags, car identification, industrial product marking, etc.).

Besides the direct production of card personalization and management systems, MATICA commercializes the Eltron thermo graphic printers in Italy as exclusive retailer.

Being aware of a consolidated and flexible know how, and careful about the supervision of every single production level, MATICA plans and realizes personalization solutions that can answer to the most specific and demanding requests of domestic and foreign market.

 All MATICA products are subject to severe quality control tests in order to ensure their fullest compliance with those international certifications like UL, CSA, CE, and TUV. That's the true meaning of quality imagined always by MATICA.

The MATICA design and production laboratories are located in Milan: here important resources are invested for the research and development of technologies that the Company always highlights with its machines performances.

In 2000 all the activity was focused on designing and production of plastic card personalization system and, in those years, Z1, Z2 and Z3 products were created with great success on the European and American market.

In 2002 happens the main change with the acquisition of Matica by Kaitech Group, leader in the ICT market, and start the new development projects in higher market sector.

In this period there is an intensive planning stage activity in the development and finishing of Z10, Z20, Z30, ZT10, ZT20, T10, T20 card issuance systems and M10, MS20 card mailer systems.

These products helped Matica System to rise as market leader with the highest products range in plastic card personalization field.

The development in the Far East, in China and the rising markets fixes the recent company strategies that, during 2005, set an important technological and structural growing plan.

Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales target. Initiating and closing new projects and conducting complex selling through offering a diversified number of solutions. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Generating territory reports (data gathering, competitive analysis, sales reports).
Successful candidates should have
  • Bachelor Degree in business or engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of successful sales experience, working in telecommunication or IT sector is an asset.
  • Customer development, including prospecting, closing and account development.
  • Advanced reporting writing skills.
